These shorts were a favorite at the Original Creative Festival this past weekend. I'm reposting it so that it's easy for all of our new friends to find.
All you need is a shorts pattern, and we can help you with our Cute and Quick Pants, in the right hand column of this blog, about 3 yards of tulle, and this tutorial. For the tulle, you can also buy three rolls of 6" tulle. (6" is how wide the tiers are.) With pre cut tulle, our pattern, and our gathering trick (in the tutorial), these tutu shorts are quick and easy to create!!!!!
We used the method in the Ruffle Pants pattern to create the matching bear shorts.
